Pablo Magalhães, Partner, joined Seneca in 2021. Previously, he was a partner at Laplace Finanças, where he worked for 5 years on restructuring, M&A and ECM projects. Earlier in his career, he worked in the corporate finance team at Z3M Planejamento, an M&A boutique in Rio de Janeiro. Pablo has accumulated experience in transactions mainly in the financial services, renewable energy and telecommunications sectors. Pablo has a degree in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RJ) and has been CFA® certified since 2018
