Isaias Sznifer is a founding partner of Seneca Evercore and Seneca Capital.  Isaias, together with Daniel and Rodrigo, founded Seneca in 2013, initially in partnership with Greenhill and later with Evercore. Before Seneca, Isaias worked at eBricks Digital, the RBS Group's Growth Equity and Venture Capital investment company, and at Goldman Sachs between 2007 and 2013 in New York and São Paulo. He also worked as a consultant for A.T. Kearney and the Boston Consulting Group in Brazil, on strategic projects for clients for over 5 years. Isaias holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP)
